Seriously, you guys laughed (well, some of you did) when he went on his tirade at the Hurricane Katrina Benefit in 2005. He seemed, to some of you I'm sure, sincere in his reproach for the administration.
After last night? Not so much.
Talk about a sore loser! When he found out he didn't win Best Video at the MTV Europe Award Show last night, he got up on stage and berated the winners!
I don't know how anybody can take this guy seriously after some of the things he's done. He seems pretty self-serving and self-involved, and to give someone like him the ability to make his views known makes us all "Asshat Runner-Ups."
Quote of the Night (by Kanye West): He said he should've won because the video "cost a million dollars, Pamela Anderson was in it. I was jumping across canyons."

Hard to argue with that logic! I might try that in court - "Your Honor, if I don't win this appeal, the court loses credibility." Might cost me some money, I imagine.
OR75, although Kanye certainly seems to fit the definition of "asshat," don't you think it's a bit early to award him the crown for November? When there's an election next week? Imagine all the asshattery we'll be exposed to in the next couple of weeks!

Oh yes, I had considered the sheer abundance of asshattery within the next fortnight. However, I purposefully used Kanye so I wouldn't be tempted to post another political blog (since that would break my rule of doing two political blogs in a row).
Besides, I won't even be able to describe the upcoming asshattedness on Tuesday. ;)
